The Love Run Challenge is a self-paced challenge that will motivate individuals to stay active during the first two weeks of February. All participants must run/walk/jog at least 20 minutes a day or 1 mile. Each individual is responsible for
recording their daily time/distance at the Wolf Pack Fitness Center’s front desk. Participants who stay active all 14 days will receive a reward. Participants will log their workouts at the front desk. Any questions contact SSgt Giacomo Samms or
