Barbells for Breast Cancer Awareness is a non-profit organization providing support and education to incorporate
physical activity as the foundation for breast cancer risk reduction, treatment, and survivorship.
They strive to improve the quality of life and outcomes in individuals impacted by breast cancer. This event
will consist of the workout Grace: 30 Clean & Jerks for time at 95lbs for the males and 65lbs for the females
(weights can be altered to fit participant’s skill level). Participants are encouraged to wear pink in support of Breast Cancer Awareness.
