On your mark, get set, go! Come out and be the first to cross the finish line in our Triathlon competition. Participants will perform a 5k row, 10k stationary bike, and a fun 5k run. The event will be at the fitness center, starting at 0700, heats beginning at 0700, 0800, 0900, & 1000. Open to both females and males ages 18 and up. Prizes will be awarded
